16 Offences—burial other than at cemetery (a) the person buries human remains other than at a cemetery; and (b) the person does not have permission under section 15. (a) the person has permission to bury human remains other than at a cemetery under section 15; and (b) the person does not bury the human remains in accordance with the permission.
