109 Offence—failure to give perpetual care trust percentage (b) the person does not— (i) pay the perpetual care trust percentage of a licensee receipt for the facility to the public trustee and guardian for the perpetual care trust fund; and (ii) pay the amount by no later than 31 October after the end of each financial year. Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.
