64 Application of service‑level standards to service agreements or access agreements
(1) A service‑level standard does not apply in relation to a service agreement or access agreement to the extent that it would impose requirements in relation to such an agreement entered into before the requirements are imposed.
(2) Subsection (1) applies until such time (if any) as an agreement to vary the service agreement or access agreement is entered into.
