193 Administrative Review Tribunal review of decisions

(1) An application may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of the following decisions:

(a) a reviewable decision that is made by the ACCC itself (not by a delegate);

(b) a reviewable decision that is made by the Reserve Bank itself (not by a delegate);

(c) an internal review decision made by the decision‑maker for the reviewable decision under subsection 192(1).

(2) Subsection 12(2) of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 does not apply to a decision covered by paragraph (1)(a) of this section.
