190 Reviewable decisions and decision‑maker

(1) Each of the following is a reviewable decision:

(a) a decision to give a direction under subsection 66(1);

(b) a decision to grant, or to refuse to grant, an exemption under subsection 68(1);

(c) a decision to give a direction under subsection 82(1);

(d) a decision, under subsection 84(1), to vary or revoke a direction given under subsection 82(1).

(2) The decision‑maker for a reviewable decision is:

(a) for a reviewable decision mentioned in paragraph (1)(a) or (b)—the ACCC; or

(b) for a reviewable decision mentioned in paragraph (1)(c) or (d)—the Reserve Bank.
