96 Expedition (1) The proceedings must be conducted as expeditiously as possible to minimise their effect on the child.
Care and Protection of Children Act 2007 58 (2) For subsection (1), the Court: (a) may set a timetable for each matter to which the proceedings relate, having regard to the age and developmental needs of (b) may give such directions the Court considers appropriate to ensure the timetable is kept.
