91 Jurisdiction not affected by other proceedings (1) Court proceedings are not affected by any criminal proceedings against: (a) the child to whom the Court proceedings relate; or (b) any other party to the Court proceedings. (2) Subsection (1) has effect whether or not the criminal proceedings arose out of the same facts as the Court proceedings.
