86 Access to personal items
(1) A person who has left the CEO's care is entitled, free of any
charges, to the possession of any of the person's personal items
held by:
(a) the Department; or
(b) anyone who was a carer of the person; or
(c) a party to a placement arrangement for the person.
(6) In this section:
personal items, of a person, includes the following:
(a) the person's birth certificate;
(b) school reports or other reports relating to the person's
education or training;
(c) photographs belonging to the person;
(d) anything else prescribed by regulation.
