84 Inspection of place where child resides (1) An authorised officer may, at any reasonable time, enter the place where the child ordinarily resides in order to monitor the wellbeing of the child. (2) The authorised officer may make any reasonable request to a person having the control of the place for the purposes of: (a) inspecting the place; or (b) having contact with the child. Note A warrant may be granted for monitoring the wellbeing of the child, see section 63.
