77 CEO must enter into placement arrangement (1) The CEO must enter into a placement arrangement with other persons or bodies for a child who is in the CEO's care. Note Section 12 sets out the principles that should be upheld in the placement of Aboriginal children. (2) The CEO may cancel the arrangement and replace it by another placement arrangement at any time.
