68 Young person who has left CEO's care
A young person who has left the CEO's care is someone who:
(a) has left the CEO's care; and
(b) is between 15 and 25 years of age; and
(c) was last in the CEO's care for a continuous period of at least
6 months; and
(d) in the CEO's opinion, is unlikely to be in the CEO's care again
in the future.
