67 When child is in CEO's care (1) A child is in the CEO's care if: (a) the child is under a temporary placement arrangement or in provisional protection; or (b) the CEO otherwise has daily care and control of the child under an order of the Court (for example, a protection order) or a law of the Territory. Care and Protection of Children Act 2007 40 (2) The child leaves the CEO's care when the child ceases to be in the CEO's care.
