342 Application of Part 2.3, Division 4, Subdivision 4 (1) Part 2.3, Division 4, Subdivision 4, as amended by the amending Act, applies only in relation to an application for a permanent care order that is made after the commencement of section 30 of the amending Act (the commencement). (2) Part 2.3, Division 4, Subdivision 4, as in force immediately before for a permanent care order that was made but had not been decided before the commencement.
