336 Legal representation (1) Part 2.3, Division 6A applies in relation to proceedings commenced after the commencement of section 4 of the Care and Protection of Children (Legal Representation and Other Matters) Act 2013 (the commencement date). (2) Section 146 as in force immediately before the commencement date continues to apply in relation to proceedings that were commenced before the commencement date.
