334 Application (1) Section 26 as amended by the amending Act applies in relation to an obligation to make a report under that section on or after the commencement, whether the circumstances giving rise to that obligation occurred before, on or after the commencement. Amendment Act 2009. commencement means the commencement of the amending Act.
