222 Review of operation of Part (1) The Minister must conduct a review of the operation of this Part within 3 years after the commencement of this Part. (2) The review must determine: (a) the extent to which the operation of this Part has met the object of this Part; and (b) whether or not any amendment to this Part should be made.
