219 Meetings of Committee (1) The Committee must meet at least 3 times in each year. (2) In a meeting of the Committee, the number of members that is equal to half of the members plus one constitutes a quorum. (3) A meeting of the Committee must be presided by: (a) the Convenor; or (b) in the absence of the Convenor – the Deputy Convenor; or (c) in the absence of both the Convenor and the Deputy Convenor – a member elected by the members present at the meeting.
