213 Annual report (1) At the end of each financial year, the Committee must prepare a report about the operation of the Committee during that year. (2) The report must contain details about: (a) the Committee's activities during that year, including: (i) the development of the Register during that year; and (ii) any recommendations made by the Committee during that year; and (b) the implementation during that year of any recommendations made by the Committee. (3) The Committee must, by 31 October following the end of that year, give the report to the Minister. (4) The Minister must table a copy of the report in the Legislative Assembly within 6 sitting days after receiving the report.
