183A Prenatal support If the CEO believes on reasonable grounds that an unborn child may be a child in need of protection after the child is born, the CEO may, only with the consent of the person who is pregnant with the unborn child, do any of the following: (a) refer the pregnant person and any person who may be involved in caring for the unborn child when it is born to a provider of prenatal or child-related services for advice, services and support; (b) provide or arrange voluntary support services for the pregnant person and any person who may be involved in caring for the unborn child when it is born.
