181 Disclosure of information (1) This section applies to any information acquired by the CEO in exercising powers or performing functions under this Act. (2) The CEO may disclose the information to an interstate officer if the CEO considers the disclosure is necessary for the officer to exercise a power or to perform a function under a child welfare law or interstate law.
