180 Hearing and determination of transferred proceeding In hearing and determining a child protection proceeding transferred to the Court, the Court: (a) may have regard to the transcript of, or any evidence adduced in, the proceeding in the Children's Court of the sending State that occurred before the transfer (the previous proceeding); but (b) is not bound by any finding of fact made in the previous proceeding.
