179 Transfer of Court file (1) On the transfer of a home order or home proceeding to a participating State, a registrar of the Court must send all documents held by the Court for the order or proceeding to the Children's Court (2) However, the registrar must not do so if: (a) the decision or order to transfer the order or proceeding is subject to a review, appeal or stay; or decision or order has not expired.
