178 Effect of registration and revocation of home proceeding in receiving State (1) A home proceeding transferred to a participating State is discontinued on the registration of the transfer in the Children's Court of the State. (2) However, on the revocation of the registration under the interstate law of the State: (a) the proceeding continues before the Court; and (b) the Court may hear the proceeding as if it had not been transferred.
