174 Effect of registration (1) If the transfer of a child protection order is registered, the transferred order is taken for all purposes to be a home order from the day of the registration. (2) If the transfer of a child protection proceeding is registered: (a) the proceeding is taken to have commenced in the Court under Part 2.3 on the day of the registration; and (b) any interim order filed under section 172(1)(b) relating to the proceeding is taken for all purposes to be an order made by the Court from the day of the registration.
