156 Terms of transfer (1) The CEO must specify in the decision the period for which the transferred order is to be in force. (2) The period must be the lesser of: (a) the period for which the home order would remain in force if it is not transferred; and (b) the maximum period for which a child protection order of the participating State that has the same or a similar effect as the home order can be in force in the State. (3) The CEO may also specify in the decision provisions to be included in the transferred order to the extent to which they can be included in a child protection order mentioned in subsection (2)(b).
