154 Child welfare law, interstate law and interstate officer (1) A regulation may specify a law of a State that substantially corresponds to the provisions in Part 2.3 that relate to a protection order to be a child welfare law. (2) A regulation may specify a law of a State that substantially corresponds to the provisions in this Part to be an interstate law. (3) A regulation may specify an office or position in a State to be an office or position the holder or occupier of which is the interstate officer of the State.
