151 Examination and cross-examination of witnesses (1) A witness may be examined and cross-examined in any Court proceedings as the Court considers appropriate. (2) If the Court regards a question directed at a witness as offensive, the Court may: (a) disallow the question; or (b) excuse the witness from answering the question. (3) If the Court regards an examination or cross-examination of a witness as oppressive or repetitive, the Court may: (a) disallow the examination or cross-examination; or (b) excuse the witness from the examination or cross- examination.
