137J Extraterritoriality
To avoid doubt, the Court may make a permanent care order for the
child even if the circumstances causing the child to be in need of
protection occurred:
(a) outside the Territory or Australia; or
(b) partly in the Territory or Australia and partly outside the
Territory or Australia.
