137H Court to consider certain matters
In making the decision whether or not to make the permanent care
order, the Court must consider:
(a) the wishes of the following:
(ii) a parent of the child;
(iii) the person proposed to be given parental responsibility
for the child under the order;
(iv) any other person considered by the Court to have a
