135 Obligations of CEO for order (1) If the protection order gives daily care and control of, or parental responsibility for, the child to the CEO, the CEO: (a) must give the parents of the child information about: (i) where the child is residing; and (ii) any arrangement that has been made for the care of the (b) must provide opportunity for the child to have contact with the parents and other family members of the child as often as is reasonable and appropriate in the circumstances. (2) Subsection (1) has effect subject to any contrary direction of the Court.
