115 Order of Court The Court may: (a) make an assessment order authorising the carrying out of the proposed assessment or any other specified assessment for determining whether the child is in need of protection; or (b) make an assessment order covered by paragraph (a) that includes one or more of the following directions (whether or not they were sought by the CEO): (i) a direction restricting a specified person's contact with the child while the order is in force; (ii) a direction requiring a child-related authority to give the CEO specified information about the child; or (c) dismiss the application.
