114 Court to consider certain matters In deciding the application, the Court must consider: (a) whether the proposed assessment is necessary; and (b) whether the assessment is likely to provide information needed to determine whether the child is in need of protection; and (c) whether any distress caused by the assessment to the child will be outweighed by the value of the information to be obtained from the assessment; and (d) any distress caused to the child by a previous assessment of the same or a similar nature; and Care and Protection of Children Act 2007 67 (e) any other matters the Court considers relevant.
