112 How application is made The CEO must specify in the application: (a) why the CEO considers the proposed assessment is necessary; and (b) details of the proposed assessment; and (c) any of the following directions that the CEO seeks from the Court: (i) a direction restricting a specified person's contact with the child while the assessment order is in force; (ii) a direction requiring a child-related authority to give the CEO specified information about the child.
