76 Requirement for projects to calculate regulatory proportion for reporting period
The project proponent for an eligible offsets project must, for each reporting period for the project:
- calculate WB, Reg for that project in accordance with section 49, 50 or 51 of, and Schedule 1 to, this instrument (as the case requires); and
- submit an offsets report that specifies WB, Reg for that reporting period.
