74  Required information for offsets reports—determination of certain factors and parameters

 (1) If subsection 10(3) applies to a project proponent for a project for a reporting period in relation to a factor or parameter, the offsets report about the project for the reporting period must include the following information about the factor or parameter:

 (a) the reasons why the proponent did not ascertain the factor or parameter by reference to the version of the instrument or writing in force at the end of the reporting period, in accordance with subsection 10(1);

 (b) if the proponent ascertained the factor or parameter by reference to an earlier version of the instrument or writing:

 (i) the date when that version came into effect; and

 (ii) the start and end dates of each use of that version to ascertain the factor or parameter;

 (c) if the proponent made an estimate of the factor or parameter in accordance with paragraph 10(3)(b)—details of any matters in that paragraph to which the proponent had reference.

 (2) If a parameter is determined under section 79 for the purpose of working out the carbon dioxide equivalent net abatement amount for a landfill gas capture and destruction project for a reporting period, the offsets report about the project for the reporting period must include the following information about the parameter:

 (a) the name of the parameter;

 (b) the start and end dates of the non-monitored period for which the parameter was determined;

 (c) the value of the parameter and how that value was calculated;

 (d) the reasons why the project proponent for the project failed to monitor the parameter as required by the monitoring requirements.
