28 Requirement in lieu of newness requirement for upgrade projects
For the purposes of subparagraph 27(4A)(a)(ii) of the Act, the requirements in lieu of the newness requirement, for an upgrade project, are that:
- the project is an upgrade project; and
- the requirements set out in Divisions 2 and 3 of this Part for an upgrade project have been met.
