27 Requirement in lieu of newness requirement for restarting biomethane displacement only projects
For the purposes of subparagraph 27(4A)(a)(ii) of the Act, the requirements in lieu of the newness requirement, for a restarting biomethane displacement only project, are that:
- the project is a restarting biomethane displacement only project; and
- the requirements set out in Divisions 2 and 3 of this Part for a restarting biomethane displacement only project have been met.
