#### 62 Notice and date of effect (1) The Secretary’s decision (the decision on review) to affirm, vary or set aside a decision takes effect: (a) on the day specified in the decision on review; or (b) if a day is not specified—on the day on which the decision on review was made. (2) The Secretary must notify the applicant of the decision on review, and the reasons for that decision, as soon as practicable after making the decision on review.
