#### 15 Application (1) A person may make an application for the BSWAT payment scheme during the period: (a) starting on 1 July 2015; and (b) ending on 30 November 2017. (2) The application must be: (a) in an approved form; and (b) lodged in a manner prescribed by the rules; and (c) made before 1 December 2017. (3) The application must be accompanied by the information and documents prescribed by the rules.
