Signage—general
All signage must comply with the following—
(a) must not cover any mechanical ventilation inlet or outlet vents,
(b) if over a public road—must be at least 600mm from kerb or roadway edge,
(c) must not be moving, flashing or running signage,
(d) must not be located on land on which there is a heritage item or that is in a heritage conservation area.
