sec.81 Approval of replacement of code of conduct— Act , s 129
For section 129 (3) of the Act — the approval under the expired Building Regulation 2006 , section 51B , of the replacement by the chief executive of the code of conduct with the document called ‘Code of conduct for building certifiers’, made by the chief executive on 9 September 2020, is continued; and the replacement took effect on 1 October 2020.
