sec.79 Queensland Development Code— Act , s 13
For section 13 (1) of the Act , the parts, or the aspects of the parts, of the QDC stated in schedule 7 are prescribed. For section 13 (2) of the Act , the part, or the aspect of the part, takes effect on the day stated in schedule 7 , column 3, for the part or the aspect of the part. (sec.79-ssec.1) For section 13 (1) of the Act , the parts, or the aspects of the parts, of the QDC stated in schedule 7 are prescribed.
