sec.68 Application of division
This division applies if— building work is for a single detached class 1a building or a class 10 building or structure; and if work (the aspect work ) is carried out for an aspect of the building work; and waterproofing either— the aspect work is carried out by a QBCC licensee; or a QBCC licensee may give a QBCC licensee certificate for the aspect work.
- (a) building work is for a single detached class 1a building or a class 10 building or structure; and
- (b) if work (the aspect work ) is carried out for an aspect of the building work; and Example of aspect work— waterproofing
- (c) either— (i) the aspect work is carried out by a QBCC licensee; or (ii) a QBCC licensee may give a QBCC licensee certificate for the aspect work.
- (i) the aspect work is carried out by a QBCC licensee; or
- (ii) a QBCC licensee may give a QBCC licensee certificate for the aspect work.
- (i) the aspect work is carried out by a QBCC licensee; or
- (ii) a QBCC licensee may give a QBCC licensee certificate for the aspect work.
