sec.64 Notice to referral agency to inspect

This section— applies to a builder for building work for which a notice to inspect must be given to a referral agency under a condition of the building development approval; but does not apply in relation to building work the subject of a building development approval to which section 74 of the Act applies. The builder for the building work must— give the referral agency a notice to inspect the building work under the approval; and give a copy of the notice to the building certifier. (sec.64-ssec.1) This section— applies to a builder for building work for which a notice to inspect must be given to a referral agency under a condition of the building development approval; but does not apply in relation to building work the subject of a building development approval to which section 74 of the Act applies. (sec.64-ssec.2) The builder for the building work must— give the referral agency a notice to inspect the building work under the approval; and give a copy of the notice to the building certifier.

• (a) applies to a builder for building work for which a notice to inspect must be given to a referral agency under a condition of the building development approval; but
• (b) does not apply in relation to building work the subject of a building development approval to which section 74 of the Act applies.
