sec.58 Definitions for subdivision
In this subdivision— inspection day means— for a building development approval that is only for the pool work—the earlier of the following days— the day that is 6 months after the building development approval is given; the day that is 2 weeks before the building development approval lapses; or for a building development approval that includes work that is the construction of, or alteration to, a class 1 building or class 2 building—the earlier of the following days— the day that is 2 years after the building development approval is given; the day that is 2 weeks before the building development approval lapses. pool work means building work that is the construction of, or alteration to, a regulated pool or its fencing. relevant land means the land on which the regulated pool or its fencing is, or is intended to be, constructed.
- (a) for a building development approval that is only for the pool work—the earlier of the following days— (i) the day that is 6 months after the building development approval is given; (ii) the day that is 2 weeks before the building development approval lapses; or
- (i) the day that is 6 months after the building development approval is given;
- (ii) the day that is 2 weeks before the building development approval lapses; or
- (b) for a building development approval that includes work that is the construction of, or alteration to, a class 1 building or class 2 building—the earlier of the following days— (i) the day that is 2 years after the building development approval is given; (ii) the day that is 2 weeks before the building development approval lapses.
- (i) the day that is 2 years after the building development approval is given;
- (ii) the day that is 2 weeks before the building development approval lapses.
- (i) the day that is 6 months after the building development approval is given;
- (ii) the day that is 2 weeks before the building development approval lapses; or
- (i) the day that is 2 years after the building development approval is given;
- (ii) the day that is 2 weeks before the building development approval lapses.
