sec.57 Application of subdivision
This subdivision applies if— a building development approval is given for pool work; and the relevant entity for the pool work is not given a notice for inspection for the final stage of the pool work by the inspection day. In this section— relevant entity , for the pool work, means— the building certifier for the pool work; or if the building certifier for the pool work is a local government building certifier—the local government. (sec.57-ssec.1) This subdivision applies if— a building development approval is given for pool work; and the relevant entity for the pool work is not given a notice for inspection for the final stage of the pool work by the inspection day. (sec.57-ssec.2) In this section— relevant entity , for the pool work, means— the building certifier for the pool work; or if the building certifier for the pool work is a local government building certifier—the local government.
- (a) a building development approval is given for pool work; and
- (b) the relevant entity for the pool work is not given a notice for inspection for the final stage of the pool work by the inspection day.
