sec.33 Definitions for part
In this part— competent person means— a competent person (design-specification); or a competent person (inspection). competent person (design-specification) means an individual that a building certifier decides, under section 34 , is competent to give the certifier design-specification help. competent person (inspection) means an individual that a building certifier decides, under section 34 , is competent to give the certifier inspection help. design-specification help means help in performing a building certifying function for building design or specification for building assessment work. inspection help means help in performing a building certifying function for the inspection of assessable building work.
- (a) a competent person (design-specification); or
- (b) a competent person (inspection).
