sec.15 Definitions for subdivision
In this subdivision— activity — means an activity undertaken by a person for the purpose of the person’s professional development relating to pool safety, including, for example, a course, seminar, workshop or conference; but does not include work experience, unless the work experience is gained while the person is employed by the State or a local government. CPD activity mean an activity approved by the QBCC commissioner under section 17 (1) .
- (a) means an activity undertaken by a person for the purpose of the person’s professional development relating to pool safety, including, for example, a course, seminar, workshop or conference; but
- (b) does not include work experience, unless the work experience is gained while the person is employed by the State or a local government.
