sec.100 Particular noncompliance notices
This section applies if— under the expired regulation, section 33, a builder was given a noncompliance notice; and immediately before the commencement, the builder had not complied with the expired regulation, section 34. On the commencement, the noncompliance notice is taken to be a noncompliance notice given under section 54. (sec.100-ssec.1) This section applies if— under the expired regulation, section 33, a builder was given a noncompliance notice; and immediately before the commencement, the builder had not complied with the expired regulation, section 34. (sec.100-ssec.2) On the commencement, the noncompliance notice is taken to be a noncompliance notice given under section 54.
- (a) under the expired regulation, section 33, a builder was given a noncompliance notice; and
- (b) immediately before the commencement, the builder had not complied with the expired regulation, section 34.
