This section prescribes, for section 165 (1) (c) of the Act , the prescribed mandatory training for an adjudicator mentioned in section 44(1). The mandatory training is completion, by 1 April 2019, of the training course called ‘Transitionary training for registered adjudicators’, approved by the commission and published on the commission’s website. s 45 ins 2018 SL No. 177 s 13 (sec.45-ssec.1) This section prescribes, for section 165 (1) (c) of the Act , the prescribed mandatory training for an adjudicator mentioned in section 44(1).
